We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you destroying your Wii. We are not responsible for ANY damage done to your devices at any time. YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you. Your warranty will be void if you tamper with any part of your device / software.
This Arbitration Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and NewWFC.
1. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
2. Arbitration Location: The arbitration shall be conducted in Philadelphia, PA unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
3. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
4. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Arbitration Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Arbitration Agreement, you agree to stop using our services immediately.
